Excessive absences without valid reasons may affect a student's eligibility to participate in performances or advance to the next level.
Students are expected to arrive on time for classes and rehearsals. Late arrivals may disrupt the class, and repeated tardiness may result in consequences.
This policy underscores the importance of punctuality to maintain a productive learning environment and avoid disruptions caused by late arrivals.
If a student cannot attend a class or rehearsal due to illness or other reasons, parents or guardians are required to notify the studio in advance.
This policy outlines the procedure for notifying the studio of student absences, helping instructors and staff stay informed and ensuring students' safety.
If a student misses a class, they may be eligible for a makeup class. Makeup classes provide an opportunity to catch up on missed material.
Regular attendance is crucial for progress and the overall success of our programs. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals promptly and consistently.
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the studio of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect their child. Medications should be clearly labeled, and instructions provided if needed during studio hours.
Our instructors and staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures. In case of an injury or emergency, immediate care will be provided, and parents/guardians will be informed.
Students who are ill or have contagious conditions should refrain from attending classes, rehearsals, and events until they have fully recovered and are no longer contagious.
In the event of an injury or accident during classes or rehearsals, our instructors and staff will follow established protocols to provide immediate care and contact emergency services if necessary. Parents/guardians will be notified promptly.
All parents/guardians and students are required to complete and sign our Health and Safety Rider, which includes emergency contact information, medical history, and consent for emergency medical treatment in case of injury or illness.
